Data We Collect
FleetBook collects the data you provide when you register (name, email address), and the content you upload during normal use (documents, asset details, job records). We collect this data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How We Use It
Your data is used to operate FleetBook — to associate jobs with assets and companies, to send transactional emails (job status changes, quote decisions), and to maintain the audit trail that makes the platform useful. Email is sent via Resend. Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS).
Pilot Phase
FleetBook is currently in a closed pilot. A full privacy policy compliant with applicable data protection regulations (including POPIA) will be published before general availability. If you have questions about your data during the pilot, please contact us.
